Intro

Within this page, Kin Shi-Hai Do refers to motion under tension, TUT is time under tension, and target(s) are the muscle(s) focused on during an exercise.


To Use This On A Newer Android Phone
First, download the ZIP file from here onto a computer with an empty USB port, extract its contents, then copy them over to your connected phone. Next, on your phone, go to settings > general > apps > (your browser, being Firefox or Chrome) > permissions > storage > enable. Then open the internet browser on your phone, and type in "file:///sdcard/", followed by the path and filename of this page on your phone into the address bar at the top. Unfortunately, the voice feature may not work properly for the online version, but it does work for copies stored on your phone.
