Intro
With no equipment, supplements or drugs and mere minutes a session, you can consistently increase bone density, speed, strength, endurance and muscle, all while losing fat. Within this page, VRT refers to Visualized Resistance Training, which is motion under tension while imagining enormous resistance, iso is short for isometric, or tension without motion, and targets are the muscles focused on during an exercise.
