Become super strong, fast, shed fat and/or gain incredible endurance while putting on 20 pounds of muscle in a matter of weeks, with 6 minutes a day or less of affordable training using just your body and strongman exercises. I will train you in Isopowmina, Isomuscle, Isomax, Iso-VRT or Isoflex system for $40 per hour, the minimum charge being the hourly rate plus a 1-time download cost of $1.35 for Isomuscle, Isomax, Iso-VRT or Isoflex. With Isomuscle, around 20 pounds of more muscle in 4 weeks time isn't unheard of, all while losing fat and developing endurance. With Isomax, you can expect to grow around 20 pounds of muscle in about 8 weeks and continuously lose fat and gain strength and endurance. Using Isopowmina, you will continually gain strength, speed and endurance. Iso-VRT gets you all that Isomax does, but can be done every day, so development is rapid. Isoflex gets you a similar rate of muscle growth as Iso-VRT, but in only 2 minutes a day, as well as a comperable rate of strength development as Isopowmina, and rapid fat loss. All of them require only your body, knowing of the techniques and enough self-discipline that you don't overtrain. This form of training is the same as what strength legends like The Great Gama, Alexander Zass and Bruce Lee trained with daily, except with this, you only need your body. If you are an employer of labourers, imagine all of them progressing to the point of being able to carry a 150-pound load without straining, and how much money that would save you.
